A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMIT`T'ED FOR THE
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN
AGENCY PROPERTIES. (Contract D 78 -9)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. ARA78 -80, the
staff of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did cause to be
published notices inviting sealed bids for the demolition
and site clearance of certain A properties; and
WHEREAS, due to inadvertence and clerical error
the addresses of the properties contained in said published
notice were incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the sealed bids submitted for the
demolition and site clearance of certain Agency properties
be, and they are hereby, rejected.
