A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
DATE FOR THE BIENNIAL PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT ALPHA AND PUBLICATION AND POSTING
OF NOTICE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law
(Health and Safety Code, Section 33348.5) requires the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to conduct a public hearing biennially
for the purpose of reviewing the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha and evaluating its progress.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
1. The Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes and
directs the Agency Secretary to establish a date for the
public hearing to review the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelop-
ment Project Alpha and to evaluate its progress.
2. The Agency Secretary shall publish and post notice
of said public hearing at the time and in the manner as
required and established by law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of October
1978.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
