A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST BID FOR CERTAIN STAINED
GLASS WINDOWS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT PERTAINING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the
owner of that certain building, formerly known as the Zion
Lutheran Church, located at the intersection of Chartres Street
and Emily Street; and
WHEREAS, said structure contains certain stained glass
windows; and
WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said windows was duly
published; and
WHEREAS, the bids for said windows were received from
the following persons in the following amounts:
Pat Proppe Antiques $1,528.85
Kilmer Company 877.00
Ronal E. Roluffs 176.00
Bruce Edwards 101.01
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that it does hereby accept the bid
submitted by Pat Proppe Antiques in the amount of $1,528.85.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute that
certain Agreement for sale of stained glass windows to effectuate
said sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 19th day of September
1978.

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 19th day of September, 1978, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 19th day of September, 1978.
