A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SEC -
RETARY TO RECORD THE PROCEEDINGS OF ALL
EXECUTIVE SESSIONS OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Section 54957 of the Government Code of
the State of California authorizes the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to designate a clerk or other officer or employee to
attend each executive session of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency and keep and enter in a minute book a record of topics
discussed and decisions ?Wade at the meeting which may also
include a recording of the executive sessions; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires
to designate the Secretary to attend all executive sessions
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and to keep a minute book
of such proceedings and to further make a tape recording of
such proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the Secretary, or a designated
representative, be, and the same is hereby, authorized and
directed to attend all executive sessions of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency and keep and enter in a minute book a
record of topics discussed and decisions made at the meeting
in accordance with the confidentiality and restrictions speci-
fied in Section 54957.2 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary, or a
designated representative, be, and the same is hereby, author-
ized and directed to make a tape recording of all executive
session proceedings, unless otherwise directed by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, which recordings shall be subject to
the same confidentiality and restrictions as are set forth in
Section 54957 of the Government Code of the State of Cali-
fornia. Said recordings shall be retained by the Secretary
until such time as their destruction or erasure is authorized
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency. The Secretary shall not
be required to make a written transcription of any such re-
cording or any portion thereof, except upon the affirmative
vote of a majority of the total membership of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 19th day of September �
