A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING A FURTHER INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM COM-
PENSATION PAYABLE TO PORT AND FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, by agreement dated March 8 - 1977, the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did engage Port and Flor, Inc. to provide
relocation services to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, Section III of agreement provides that the
maximum compensation payable by Agency is $50,00.0.00 without
prior approval by resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the.Agency did on October 25, 1977, adopt
Resolution No. ARA77 -83, wherein the maximum compensation
payable to Port & Flor, Inc. was increased to $125,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Agency did on June 6, 1978, adopt
Resolution No. ARA78 -68 wherein the maximum compensation payable
to Port and Flor, Inc. was further increased to $200,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to permit a
further increase in the maximum compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve an increase in the
maximum compensation ayable to Port and Flor, Inc. pursuant
to said agreement to $265,00.0.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 19th day of Septe ,
1978.
