A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PRICE
WATERHOUSE & COMPANY; AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Agency and Price Waterhouse & Company
have heretofore entered an Agreement for Auditing Services;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Amendment
to Agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved
and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 12th day of September,
1978.
