A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
_ OF A TEMPORARY LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC SOUTHWEST FEALTY COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment did, on July
1977, enter into two agreements, to wit: Participation
Agreement and Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property
Pacific Southwest Realty Company ( "Developer "; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to permit
Developer to enter certain Agency property prior to conveyance
of the property to Developer; and
WHEREAS, a Temporary License Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of the Temporary License Agreement be, and they are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Temporary
License Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 29th d August, 1973.
