A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DUEL C. SHOOK, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TIIE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of janitorial services; and

WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement For
Janitorial Services - Antlers Hotel" (hereinafter "Agreement ")
has been prepared whereby Juel C. Shook, dba Shook's Cleanway
Building Services, will provide such janitorial service; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
