(Pacific Southwest Realty Company)
,7 HEREAS, the Agency did, on July 19, 1977, enter a
Participation Agreement with Pacific Southwest Realty Company
for the development of certain property; and
11HEREEAS, Pacific Southwest Realty desires to commence
construction prior to the time in which title to certain "property
is conveyed to Pacific Southwest Realty Company; and
WHEREAS, a Temporary License Agreement has been pre-
pared to permit such construction; and
WHEREAS, the terars and conditions of said Tem - oorary
License Agreement are acceptable to the Anahei�:? Redevelopment
Agency.
N01�4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency does approve the terms and conditions of said
Temporary License Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVTD that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
