A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CERTIFYING THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE
INITIAL STUDY ON THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND
PACIFIC SOUTHWEST REALTY COMPANY HAS BEEN REVIEWED
AND CONSIDERED; AND DETERMINING THAT NO NEGATIVE
DECLARATION, SUBSEQUENT EIR OR SUPPLEMENT TO THE
EIR IS REQUIRED.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has prepared
an Initial Study of the environmental impacts of the proposed
First Amendment to Participation Agreement between the Agency
and Pacific Southwest Realty Company; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
environmental information contained therein; and
WHEREAS, said Initial Study conforms to the require-
ments of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970
( §21000, et seq., Public Resources Code), the "Guidelines for
the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act
of 1970 as amended, adopted by the Secretary for Resources
as Section 15000 et seq., of Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3
of the Administrative Code, and the Amended Procedures for
Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970 adopted by resolution of the Agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby certifies that the information
contained in the Initial Study has been reviewed
and considered by the members of the Agency.
2. The Agency hereby finds and determines that
(a) No substantial changes are

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 18th day of July, 1978.
