A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of engineering services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Engineering Services for Fiscal Year 1978 -79" (hereinafter
"Agreement ") has been prepared whereby Willdan Associates
will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 27th day of June ,
