A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE THEREFOR. (Sale 78 -2)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
acquired certain fixtures and equipment in conjunction with
the Agency's acquisition of real property; and
WHEREAS, said fixtures and equipment are not
needed for any Agency purpose; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting sealed bids for said
fixtures and equipment was published in the local newspaper
and mailed to numerous potential purchasers; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby accept offers from the
following persons or firms to purchase the following lots
as described in the bid packages, for the following amount
bid:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
bill of sale for said fixtures and equipment on behalf of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 13th day of June,
1978.,`
