A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
�. OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
LEGAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO E: ECUTE SAID FIRST AMENDMENT.

WHEREAS, by Agreement for Legal Services dated
August 30, 1977, Ricks and Ricks, a partnership, did agree
to provide legal services to the Project Area Committee,
and the Agency did agree to pay for said services; and
tidHEREAS, said Agreement expires on June 30, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the term, of
said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement for Legal
Services (hereinafter "First Amendment ") has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the terms and conditions of the
First Amendment be, and they are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary are be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to execute said First Amendment on behalf of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 13th day of
June , 1978.
