A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING A FURTHER INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM COM-
PENSATION PAYABLE TO PORT AND FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, by agreement dated March 8, 1977, the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did engage Port and Flor, Inc. to provide reloca-
tion services to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, Section III of Agreement provides that the maximum
compensation payable by Agency is $50,000 without prior approval by
resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency did on October 25, 1977, adopt Resolution
No. ARA77 -83, wherein the maximum compensation payable to Port & Flor, Inc.
was increased to $125,000; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to permit a further
increase in the maximum compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency does hereby approve an increase in the maximum compensation
payable to Port and Flor, Inc. pursuant to said Agreement, to $200,000.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 6th day of June, 1978.
