OF THE FIRST IMPLEMENTATION AGREEI LENT. TIME
TEMPORARY LICENSE AGREEMENT AND THE FIRST
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF
REAL PROPERTY WITII PACIFIC SOUTHITEST REALTY
COMPA vY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment did, on July 19,
1977, enter into two agreements, to wit: Participation Agree-
ment and Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property with
Pacific Southwest Realty Company ( "Developer "); and
I EREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
certain provisions of said Participation Agreement and
Acquisition Agreement and to permit Developer to enter certain
Agency property prior to conveyance of the property to Developer;
and
I,jHEREAS, a First Implementation Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement for Acquisi-
tion of Real Property has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the Anaheie:i Redevelopment Agency;
and
NTEREAS, a Temporary License Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
NOUI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of the First Implementation Agreement, the First
Amendment to Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property, and
the Temporary License Agreement be. and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
First Implementation Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevel-

opment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute said First Amendment
to Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property and said Temporary
License Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
