A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A FIRST
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
that certain Agreement with Bissell /August Associates, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "First Amendment
to Agreement for Architectural Consulting Services" (hereinafter
"First Amendment ") has been prepared whereby the maximum
compensation has been increased; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of First Amendment
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and.
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 30th day of May ,
