A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH VALUATION RESEARCH
CORPORATION AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of Goodwill Loss Appraisal Services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Goodwill Loss Appraisal Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ")
has been prepared whereby Valuation Research Corporation
will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING REOOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 16th day of may ,
1978.
