A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI 4 RLDI✓VELOPT�f, 1T
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A "FIRST AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION AND
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT" WI ^ 1 H THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAI1 AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did heretofore enter into an Agreement
entitled "Cooperation and Reimbursement Agreement ( "Agreement "),
dated December 28, 1976, whereby the City did agree to install
or cause to be installed certain public improvements and Agency
did agree to reimburse the City for the cost of said
improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
certain portions of Agreement relating to the method whereby
City is paid for the cost of said public improvements; and
'- IHEREAS, a "First Amendment to Cooperation and
Reimbursement Agreement" (hereinafter "First Amendment ") has
been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment be, and they are hereby,
approved.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are, hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIOiv is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 9th day of May ,
1978.
