A RESOLUTION OF TIIE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND AN
AGREEMENT TO BE RECORDED AFFECTING REAL
PROPERTY (Alan Clendenen, et al.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the redevelopment of Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Owner Participation
Agreement by and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and
Alan Clendenen and La Del Clendenen" has been prepared whereby
redevelopment of a portion of Redevelopment Project Alpha will
be effectuated; and
WHEREAS, an "Agreement to be Recorded affecting Real
Property" has been prepared to implement the provisions of
said Owner Participation Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreements
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of agreements be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute agreements on behalf. of the Agency.
