A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WITH KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC., AND
APPROVING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF RATES OF
COMPENSATION. (Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.
WHEREAS, Agency did, by Agreement dated March 29,
1977 (Agreement), retain Keyser Marton Associates, Inc.,
(Consultant); and
WHEREAS, Agreement contains a limitation of
maximum compensation and a schedule of rates of comparison;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
Agreement to change the limitation of maximum compensation;.and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the rates of
compensation in accordance with the provisions of Section E
of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared which changes the maximum compensation; and
WHEREAS, Consultant has submitted a revised
Compensation Schedule (Exhibit A) which Exhibit is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of First Amendment
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit A
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hourly rates set
forth in Exhibit A are hereby approved for work performed
by Consultant after March 29, 1978.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
