A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH McLEAN & SCHULTZ, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of engineering services for relocation of the fire
escape on the El Camino Bank Building; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Engineering Services - -El Camino Bank Building Fire Escape"
(hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared whereby McLean
&Schultz, Inc. will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
