A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT, "CULTURAL ARTS
NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY" WITH THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has, by Agreement,
retained Edmun Carlson Associates, Inc., to conduct a
Cultural Arts Needs Assessment Survey; and
WHEREAS, the information to be derived for said
Survey will be beneficial to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is
willing to reimburse City for a portion of City's costs;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will reimburse City for
a portion of City's costs; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
Agreement are acceptable to the Anahiem Redevelopment
Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 21st day of
