A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ACS ENTERPRISES AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
signing for the temporary relocation facility (Harbor Center); and
WHEREAS, an Agreement, entitled "Conditional Sales
Agreement" (hereinafter Agreement), has been prepared whereby ACS
Enterprises will provide such signing; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 14th day, of March, 1978. /
