A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT.
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
LEGAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, Agency has previously retained Eugene B.
Jacobs, a professional corporation to render legal services;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend said Agreement
for Legal Services; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Second Amendment
to Agreement for Legal Services" ( "Second Amendment ") has
been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Second Amendment are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, directed to execute said
Second Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 4th day of Mar�,h ,
1978.
