A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE. (R. A. Harrison)
WHEREAS, R. A. Harrison is the owner of certain
premises known as 132 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is
desirous of leasing said premises in accordance with the
terms and conditions of a lease agreement this day
submitted; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to enter said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, that the terms and conditions of said
lease agreement be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 7th day of
March , 1978.
