TATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ")
is engaged in activities necessary to execute and implement the
Redevelopment Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan ") for Redevelopment
Project Alpha (the "Project "); and
WHEREAS, in order to implement the Redevelopment Plan,
the Agency has agreed to sell certain real property (the "Property ")
to Shapell Government housing, Inc. in the Project, pursuant to the
terms and provisions of a Contract for Sale of Lan& for Private
Redevelopment, which Contract was sifosequently assigned to Village
Center Apartments, a Limited Partnership; and
WHEREAS, the Agency and Shapell Government Housing, Inc.
and Village Center Apartments mutually desire to enter into a
Second Implementation Agreement in order to amend certain terms and
provisions of such Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevelop-
ment.
NOT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Second Implementation Agreement to the Contract for
Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment is hereby approves.
2. The Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized
to execute the Second Implementation Agreement to the Contract for
Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment and the Executive Director is
further authorized to take all steps, and to sign all documents and
instruments (including, but not limited to, the Grant Deed), neces-
sary to implement and carry out the provisions of the Second Imple-
mentation Agreement and the Contract for Sale of Land for Private
Redevelopment on behalf of the Agency.
