A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
DAN W. HEIL AND WILLIAM C. STOOKEY, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires
to extend the period of negotiations set forth in a
negotiation agreement; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement entitled
"Second Amendment to Negotiation Agreement" (hereinafter
"Second Amendment ") has been prepared whereby the period of
negotiation is extended; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Second
Amendment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of the Second Amendment with Dan W. Heil and
William C. Stookey are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
executed said Second Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 14th day of -February-
1978.
