A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JUEL C. SHOOK, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of janitorial services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for
Janitorial Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been
prepared whereby Juel C. Shook, dba Shook's Cleanway Building
Services, will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency. i
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 141h day of February s
1978.
