A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MAKING ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS IIECESSARY FOR THE
PROPOSED DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREE`IENT
BETI THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
W & D COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, INC. FOR THE SALE AND
DEVELOPMENT OF THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BOUNDED
BY REALIGNED LINCOLN AVENUE ON THE NORTH, ANAHEIM
BOULEVARD ON THE EAST, OAK STREET ON THE SOUTH,
AND REALIGNED CLEPIENTINE STREET ON THE WEST IN
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ")
has prepared an Initial Study of the environmental impact of the
proposed Disposition and Development Agreement (the "Agreement ")
between the Agency and W & D Commercial Properties, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
Initial Study, the Final Environmental Impact Report for
Redevelopment Project Alpha (the "Project "), and the Final Sub-
sequent Environmental Impact Report for the Second Amendment to
the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency

WHEREAS, said Initial Study conforms to the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (Public
Resources Code, Section 21000 et seq.), the "Guidelines for the
Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970 as amended, adopted by the Secretary for Resources of the
State of California, and the Procedures for Implementation of
the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 adopted by
resolution of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency as follows:
The Agency hereby finds and determines that:

(a) Neither the approval nor the implementation of
the proposed Agreement will cause substantial
changes in the Redevelopment Project, or with
respect to the circumstances under which the
Project is to be undertaken, which will require
major revisions in the Environmental Impact
Reports previously adopted for the Project due
to the involvement of new environmental impacts
not covered in said previous Environmental Impact
Reports;
(b) The Initial Study is approved and no Subsequent
Environmental Impact Report or Supplement to an
Environmental Impact Report is necessary or
required; and
(c) The proposed action will have no significant effect
on the environment, except as identified and
considered in the previous Environmental Impact
Reports.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 31st day of TgnuaX:y
