A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
acquired certain equipment (as set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto) in conjunction with the Agency's acquisi-
tion of real property; and
WHEREAS, said equipment is not needed for any
Agency purpose; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting sealed bids for said
equipment was published in the local newspaper and mailed
to numerous potential purchasers; and
WHEREAS, two sealed bids were received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby accept the offer to purchase
said equipment for $1,000.00 from Addressograph- Multigraph
Corp.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
bill of sale for said equipment on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 31st
January , 1978.
