A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE
OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES BETWEEN THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND ROSIE'S
INC.
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into by and between
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Rosie's Inc. on July 8, 1977,
(hereinafter "Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was subsequently amended by the
parties on September 2, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said Agreement do mutually de-
sire to further amend said Agreement to permit a progress payment
to be made to Rosie's Inc. upon the completion of certain speci-
fied work; and
