A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MAKING 'ENVIRONMENTAL FIIIDI14GS NECESSARY FOR THE
PROPOSED DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE
MASONIC BUILDING ASSOCIATION OF ANAHEIM FOR THE
SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ")
has prepared an Initial Study of the environmental impact of the
proposed Disposition and Development Agreement (the "Agreement ")
between the Agency and Masonic Building Association of Anaheim
( "Developer "); and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
Initial Study, the Final Environmental Impact Report for Redevelop-
ment Project Alpha (the "Project "), and the Final Subsequent
Environmental Impact Report for the Second Amendment to the Project;
and
WHEREAS, the Agency has found on the basis of the Initial
Study that the environmental impacts of the proposed Agreement are
essentially the same as those in the previous Environmental Impact
Reports; and that there is no additional information or data
available requiring supplementation of the previous Environmental
Impact Reports; and
WHEREAS, said Initial Study conforms to the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (Public Resources
Code, Section 21000 et seq.), the "Guidelines for the Implementation
of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 ", as amended,
adopted by the Secretary for Resources of the State of California,
and the Procedures for Implementation of the California Environ-
mental Quality Act of 1970 adopted by resolution of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
The Agency hereby finds and determines that:
(a) Neither the approval nor the implementation of the
proposed Agreement will cause substantial changes
in the Redevelopment Project, or with respect to
the circumstances under which the Project is to be
undertaken, which will require major revisions in
the Environmental Impact Reports previously adopted
for the Project due to the involvement of new
environmental impacts not covered in said previous
Environmental Impact Reports; and

(b) The Initial Study is approved and no Subsequent
Environmental Impact Report or Supplement to an
Environmental ImpactReportis necessary or
required; and
(c) The proposed action will have no significant
effect on the environment, except as identified
and considered in the previous Environmental
Impact Reports.
The FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 5th day of FebrlQry, 1980.
