ARA1987-005RESOLUTION NO. ARA87 -5 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY -LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONCERNING REGULAR MEETING TIMES. WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereto has met at 9:30 a.m.; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the time of regular meetings to 1:20 p.m.; and WHEREAS, Agency members have received seven days' notice of the nature of this proposed change in the By -Laws. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 501 of the By -Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be amended to read as follows: "Section 501. Regular Meetings Regular meetings shall be held without notice in the Council Chambers of the City (or any other place established by Members of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency) on each and every Tuesday of each month at 1:20 o'clock p.m. unless the same shall be a legal holiday, in which event such regular meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day at the same hour and location." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting time established by this resolution shall become effective immediately. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of February, 1987.
