A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain real property; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said real property has been
developed as public streets pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan
for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, deeds describing said real property have been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, said real property is described as:
(a) Parcels 1, 3 and 4 of Parcel Map No. 86 -143
(b) Parcels 3, 4 and 5 of Parcel Map No. 86 -293
WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey said real property
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that it does consent to the conveyance of
the real property to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Quitclaim Deeds on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 17th day of February
1987.
