A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO CONTINUE A
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS PROGRAM FOR
ALL PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECEIVING UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FUNDING AND
ESTABLISHING A DISADVANTAGED
BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL OF 15~00%
FOR THE FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1995.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
previously adopted a Disadvantaged Business Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
determined to establish program goals for the period of
October 1, 1994, through September 30, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does establish the overall goal for the
Disadvantaged Business program for the Federal fiscal year ending
September 30, 1995, as 15.00%.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of
December , 1994.
