Chairman Keys called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - None to report.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Vice Chairman Heinbuch made a Motion to approve the May 27, 2010 Minutes. Motion was
seconded by Commissioner McCulloch. Motion passed.
ACTIVITY REPORTS
A. Golf Superintendent
Michael Lautenbach presented his report and answered questions.
Vice Chairman Heinbuch questioned the status of The Club at Anaheim Hills. Michael
Lautenbach stated to date 41 members signed up for a total of almost $10,000 in
membership revenues. Also, the new members played over 70 % of their rounds during the
slowest times of the day. Michael Lautenbach stated the club entry fee will be reduced in
July and perks will be adjusted.
Vice Chairman Heinbuch questioned the quote for security cameras at Dad Miller Golf
Course to address the issue with students from Savanna High School. Michael Lautenbach
stated estimated cost would be almost $15,000. Staff has successfully deterred students from
entering the golf course therefore security camera purchase was put on hold.
Chairman Keys questioned if the security camera on hole #6 at Anaheim Hills Golf Course
can be fixed. Michael Lautenbach stated he will look into this.

B. Golf Course Superintendent
Dave Johansen presented his report. Dave Johansen stated the project on the 15th hole at
Dad Miller Golf Course is progressing as planned. Trees were planted and the sand from the
now unused bunker was used to fill up bunkers at four other holes.
C. Director of Golf
Bob Johns presented his report. Bob Johns stated due to the economic situation many public
golf courses are losing players rapidly similar to Dad Miller Golf Course.
FINANCIAL REPORT
Michael Lautenbach stated in May Anaheim Hills Golf Course is slightly ahead in rounds, but
Dad Miller Golf Course continues to decrease.

NEW BUSINESS
A. Nomination of Chairman and Vice Chairman
Commissioner Gaby made a Motion to nominate Vice Chairman Heinbuch as Chairman. The
Motion was seconded by Commissioner McCulloch. Motion passed.
Commissioner Gaby made a Motion to nominate Commissioner McCulloch as Vice
Chairman. The Motion was seconded by Vice Chairman Heinbuch. Motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Gaby made a Motion, seconded by Vice Chairman Heinbuch, to adjourn the
meeting to July 22, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., at Anaheim Hills Golf Course, Clubhouse Board Room.
The Motion passed. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
