A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED
FOR LICENSING AND FOR CERTAIN LABOR,
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES AT CITY PARKING LOT
EVENTS AT EDISON INTERNATIONAL FIELD OF
ANAHEIM COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2001.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted a fee
schedule for licensing, labor, equipment and services
(hereinafter ~Personnel Services") for City parking lot events at
Edison International Field of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore further
adopted a schedule of facility rental rates for City parking lot
events at Edison International Field of Anaheim (hereinafter
~Rental Rates"), which Rental Rates remain unchanged; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve a revised
fee schedule for Personnel Services and establish the effective
date of said fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and declares
that adoption of this fee schedule is exempt from the provisions
of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section
21080(b)(8} of the Public Resources Code and California Code of
Regulations Section 15273 in that the fees and rates are
established to meet operating expenses, including employee wage
rates and fringe benefits; purchasing or leasing supplies,
equipment or materials; and meeting financial reserve needs and
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the fees have been considered at a duly
noticed public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Schedule of Rental Rates and Fees
for Personnel Services set forth in Exhibit "A" be, and the same
is hereby, adopted to take effect on January 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
Executive Director of the Convention, Sports and Entertainment
Department is authorized to negotiate contracts for use of the
Anaheim Stadium parking lot at rates which exceed the rates
specified in this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of June
2000.

Time-and-one-half will be charged for all classifications on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. In addition, the same premium will be charged for
Electricians and Skilled Crafts on those holidays listed above, as well as on Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday,
President's Day, Veteran's Day, and the Friday following Thanksgiving Day.
5% STAFFING FEES MAY BE ASSESSED IF CONTRACTUAL TIME DEADLINES ARE NOT MET.
A "HOUSE" LIGHT/SOUND OPERATOR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ARENA EVENTS OTHER THAN EXHIBIT USE.
* PERSONNEL SUBJECT TO A MANDATORY 15-MINUTE PRE-EVENT ORIENTATION OR SHIFT OVERLAP
(APPROXIMATELY 6% OF TOTAL BILL).
