ARA-2010-011 RESOLUTION NO. ARA2010 - 011 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHING THE DAYS FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE AGENCY FOR THE 2011 CALENDAR YEAR. WHEREAS, subsection (B) of Section 501 of the By -Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency authorizes the Governing Board of the Agency, by resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the Agency; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Agency, by prior resolution, has heretofore established the days for the regular meetings of the Agency for prior years; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Agency, by this resolution, desires to establish the days for the regular meetings of the Agency for the 2011 calendar year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency that regular meetings of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for the 2011 calendar year shall be held, without additional notice, in the Council Chambers of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency) on the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this resolution, any regular meeting of the Agency may be canceled or rescheduled to a different time or date by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least three members of the Governing Board of the Agency or by any other manner as provided by law. The time and date of any meeting rescheduled to a different time or date shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on January 1, 2011.
