RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-136 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM VACATING THOSE CERTAIN ACCESS RIGHTS TO AND FROM THE WEST SIDE OF IMPERIAL HIGHWAY NORTH OF SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD (Abandonment No. 97-12A ) WHEREAS, the Ci[y Council of the City of Anaheim did, by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certain public streets, highways or public service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, on the llth day of July, 2000, a public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of those abutter's rights of access to Imperial Highway, particularly described as follows: Those certain access rights, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Thirty Five (35) lineal feet of abutter's access rights in and to Imperial Highway from Parcel 2, said parcel shown on a Parcel Map recorded in Book 120, Page 23 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Said access rights are more particularly described as: Commencing at the intersection of the accepted centerline of the west bound roadway of Santa Ana Canyon Road and the centerline of Imperial Highway as shown on said Parcel Map; thence North 0© 51' 09" East along said centerline 280.52 feet; thence North 89° 08' 51" West 69 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said point being on the easterly line of said Parcel 2; thence 17.5 feet on either side of the True Point of Beginning along said easterly line of Parcel 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County.
