A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADJUSTING THE
AMOUNT OF THE ADDITIONAL
DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR THE ANAHEIM
STADIUM BUSINESS CENTER AREA
WHEREAS, Chapter 17.31 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishes certain development fees on buildings and structures
within the Anaheim Stadium Business Center Area; and
WHEREAS, Section 17.31.060 of Chapter 17.31 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code permits the Anaheim City Council
periodically to adjust the amount of the development fee in
accordance with the construction cost index in the Los Angeles
area as published in the Engineering News-Records Construction
Cost Index; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that since
adoption of Chapter 17.31, the ENR-CCI has risen 0.21% in from
April 1995 to April 1996 and, based thereon, the City Council
desires to increase the Chapter 17.31 fees accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. The fee imposed pursuant to Section 17.31.020 of
Chapter 17.31 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and it
is hereby, increased to four dollars and ten cents
($4.10) per square foot of gross floor area.
2. The fee established herein shall become effective on
the sixtieth (60th) day following the date of adoption
of this Resolution and shall thereafter supersede the
corresponding fee previously adopted by prior
resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of
June , 1996.
