Section 6—The City Marshal shall receive as fees for his services in carrying out the provisions of this ordinance, sixty-five (05) per cent of all money col- lected for license as aforesaid, and all the fees re- ceived for the redemption of dogs; for licenses ae aforesaid, mall the further sum of forty (40) cents for each dog which he shall kill, under the provisions of section 4 of this ordinance, provided, that the Mar- shal shall pay all expenses incurred in enforcing the ordinance. Section 7.—All ordinances or parte of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 8.—The City blerk shall cause this ordi- nance to be published ones in the ANAHzim CAZETTS, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in full force. WM. A.
