The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follows:
Whereas, The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim passed
on the ;1st Say of August 1894, resolution number seven, declar-
ine, its intention to oxer certain street work to be done, to -wit
close up those portions of the streets hereinafter mentioned; and
71hereas, The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Ana-
theim, did thereafter publish notice of said street work in the
Anaheim Independant, a newspaper printed published and circulated
in the City of Ananeim, by four successive ,insertions, to -wit on
the twenty fifth day of August 1894, and on the first, eighth, ax
and fifteenth days of September 1894; and
Whereas, The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Ana-
