The Board of'Trus'tees of the City of Ana-
heim do ordain as follows: -
Section 1—Section Four of Ordinance num-
ber 95, entitled "An ordinance to provide for
the licensing of business carried on in the
city of Anaheim," is hereby amended so as y (; ` �

Section 4—That the daily rate of license
for the pursuits. business, trades, occupa-
tions and employments hereinafter named
be and the same are hereby established for
and within the city of Anaheim, and the
same shall be paid by the owners and pro-
prietors thereof as follows:
For every circus or menagerie, fifty dol-
lars per day, provided that no circus or '
menagerie shall be pdrmitted to locate
within tl}e fire limits of the City of Anaheim. ^' -> G
For every Side show to a circus where a
separate admission fee is charged, five dol-
lars per day, provided that no sideshow
shall be uerin ed to be placed within the
fire limits of the City of Anaheim.
For every merry-go-round, one dollar and
fifty cents per -day, or seven dollars per
week, provided that no merry-go-round or
any apparatus or equipment accompanying
the same shall be permitted to be placed

Section 2—The City Clerk shall cause this
ordinance to be published once in the ANA-
HEIM GAZETTE, "a newsppaper printed,
lished and circulated in the My of Ana-
heim, and thereupon and thereafter it f
shall take effect and be in full force.
