tax on all property within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim for the fiscal
year of 1900-1901.

Section 1.—That there be and hereby is
fixed and levied a property tax for the fiscal y

Section 2.—That there be n e

for the purposes of paying the annual inter-
est of the indebtedness of the City of Ana--
helm incurred for the purpose of construet-
ing a city hall, for the extension and com-
pletion of the city water works, for the grad-
ing and improvements of streets and the
purchase of property for the fire depart-
ment, together with one -twentieth of said
Indebtedness.
Section 3.—That there be and is hereby
fixed and levied aproperty tax for the fiscal
yyear of 1900-1901,

the purpose of paying the annual interest of
the indebtedness of the City of Anaheim in-
curred for the purpose of constructing and
erecting a city electric light plant, together
with one -fortieth of such indebtedness.
Section 4.—That there be and hereby is.
fixed and levied aproperty tax for the fiscal
year of 1900-1901, of twenty-nine cents on
each one hundred dollars of the assessed ,
valuation of all real and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the purpose of paying the an-
nual interest of the indebtedness of the City
of Anaheim, incurred for the purpose of the
extension and improvement of the city
water works, and for the extension of the
city electric light plant, together with one -
fortieth of such indebtedness.
Section 5.—The City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the
same to be published once in the ANAHEIM
GAZETTE, a weekly newspaper, printed, pub-
lished and circulated in the City of Anaheim,
and thereafter and thereupon it shall take
effect and be in full force.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follolvs : --
Section I. --That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year of 1900- I901, 'of
cents on each one hundred- dollars of the assessed valuation of all
real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for the ordinary annual expenditures of said city.
Section 2. --That there be and is hereby fixed and levied a

and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the purposes of paying the annual interest of the
indebtedness of the City of Anaheim incurred for the purpose of
constructing a City Mall, for the extehsmon and completionpf the
City Water Works$ for the grading and improvements of streets and
the purchase of property for the fire Department, together with one
twentieth of said indebtedness.
Section 3. --That there be and is hereby fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year of I;100- I90I, of
cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the, corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim for the purpose of paying; the annual�interest of
the indebtedness of the City of Anaheim, incurred for the purpose
of constructing and 'erecting a city electric light plant,together

cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all
real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City

debtedness of the City of Anaheicl, incurred for the purpose of the
extension and improvement of the city Water Works, and for the
extension of the City Electric Light Plant, together with one for-
tieth of such indebtedness.
Section b. --The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Anaheirl Gazette, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circu-
