AN ORDINANCE CALLING A GENERAL IIr-
nicipal Election in the City of Anaheim.
�1 establishing a polling place, appointing
a Board of Election and providing that
notice of such election be given.
_TIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the City of
Anaheim do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That a General Municipal Elec-
tion be held in the City of Anaheim onllon-
day, the 14th day of April, 1902, for the purpose
of electing three members of the Board of Trus-
tees of said City of Anaheim for the term of
four years; one City Clerk, who shall be ex-offi-
cioAssessor: one City 'treasurer, and one City
Marshal, who shall be ex -officio Tax and Li-
cense Collector.
Sec. 2. That the entire city shall constitute
a single precinct, with one polling place for
said election, and that said polling place shall
be at the City Hall on Center Street. in said
I< City of Anaheim.
Sec. 3. Thst the compensation of the mem-
bers of the Board of Election shall be Three
Dollars each, and the following named persons.
qualified electors of said City of Anaheim, are
hereby appointed a Board of Election to act re-
spectively as Inspectors, Judges, Clerks and
Ballot Clerks:
Inspectors—Chas. C. Hille, A. H. Cargill.
Judges—Theo. Rimpau, .1. S. Howard.
Clerks—F. C. Spencer, J. S. llatfield.
Ballot Clerks—C. A. Boege, Ralph S. Hunter.
i Sec. 4. That the polls at said election must
be opened at six o'clock of the morning of said
14th day of April, 1902, and must be kept open
until five o'clock in the afternoon of the same
day, when the polls shall be closed.
Sec. 5. That the City Clerk shall give notice
of said election in the manner prescribed bv
the Political Code of the State of California. _
Sea 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the
same to be published in the Orange County
Plain Dealer, a weeklynewspaper printed, pub-
lished and circulated in said City of Anaheim,
and thereupon and thereafter it shall take
4 effect and be in frill force.

Trustees of the City of Anaheim, held on the
25th day of February, 1902; that it was duly

of Trustees, held on the 11th day of March, 1902,

Ayes: Trustees Helmsen, Weisel, Fay,
Schneider.
Noes: None.
That the President of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anrbeim signed said Ordinance
on said 11th day of March, 1902.
