An Ordinance closing pool rooms, billiArd rooms and bowling alleys
between the hours of twelve o'clock, midnight and five o'clock
a. m.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. All pool rooms, billiard rooms or bowling
alleys in the City of Anaheim shall be and remain closed between
the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and five o'clock a. m., and it
shall be unlawful for any person or persons, either as principal,
agent, employe or otherwise keeping, conducting or maintaining any
Pool room, billiard room or bowling alley within the City of Ana—
hei-m to keep open, or permit said place to be kept open, between
said hours, or to allow any games to be played on the tables or
bowling alleys contained in said places betgeen said hours.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any of the pro—
visions of this ordinance shall be dee;-ied Quilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not
less than �`,�� dollars nor• more than dollars,
or by imprisonment in the City Jail of. said City of Anaheim for a
term not exceeding days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the swine to be published in the
Anaheim meekly[ Gazette, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in force and effect.
