An ordinaAce
regulating the keeping of
certain fowls. and arimgls, within the limits
of the City of Anaheim.
The Board of 1Yustees of the City of Ana-
heim do ordain as follows:
Section 1, it shall be unlawful for any per
eou keeping or having hens, ducks, geese or
other domestic fowls, or rabbits, or any kind of
tame animals wilhin the limits of the City of
Anaheim to cause or permit them to go or be
at large, and to go or be upon premises, owned
or occupied by auyother person without such
other person's consent, -,r to so keep or have
any of such fowls or animals, so as to be offen-
sive to or annoy any person or persons resi-
ding in the neighborbood where they are kept
or bad, so as to render life uncomfortable.
Section 2. L. shall be unlawful for any per-
son who keeps or has upon premises owned or
occupied by him within the limits of the City
of Anaheim, any horse, mule, cow or other
meat cattle, goat, hog or other domestic ani-
mal, to so keep or have such animal or ani-
mals that by accumulation of_ma.ndre or other
offensive matter, or by their noise or other act
or thing, they shall be offensive to or shall an-
noy any person or persons residing in the',
neighborhood where they are so kept or had,so
as to render life uncomfortable.
Section 3. Any person who shall violate any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine
of not less than five dollars nor more than
twenty dollars, or by imprisonment in the city
jail of said City of Anaheim for not less than
two days nor more than ten days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the

Plain Dealer, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.

The Board. of TrusteeH of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follows
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person keeping or
