RESOLUTION NO. 95 R-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR
FACILITIES (TRACT 13540)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore been
irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
~,' WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Blue Canyon Court, Cascade Lane and Night Star Way -
public streets.
2. The public domestic water system and appurtenances.
3. The public sanitary sewer system and appurtenances.
4. The public electrical facilities and appurtenances.
5. The public storm drain system and appurtenances.
6. The public street lighting system and appurtenances.
7. The 8.00 foot wide public utility easements including
ingress and egress rights for maintenance purposes.
8. The public cable television conduit system.
all shown on that Map recorded in Book 699, Pages 1 to 4 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl7 day of January ,1995
