An ordinance ordering the work
done of closing a portion of Eliz-
abeth Street and a certain alley
in the City of Anaheim.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City,
of Anaheim did on the lid day qf December,
1909, duly pass a resolution of int ntion No. 88
to close that portion of Elizabeth Street and
that certain alley in said resolution and here-

Whereas, no objections to said Work or im-
provement have been filed with the Clerk of
said Board of Trustees, and the time for filing
said objections has long since expired; now

Tne Board of Trustees of the City of Ana-
heim do ordain as follow.:
Sec ion 1. That the following street work be
lore, to -wit: That Elizabeth Street in said

the alley situate 157.5 feet Southerly from the
Sot,therly line of Center Street be closed; and
that that certain alley running from the West-
erly line of West Street to the Easterly line of
Walnut Street, the Southerly line of said alley
beieg 137.15 feet Northerly from the Northerly
line of Broadway Street in said city, be closed.
Said street and alleys are shown on a map of
the Villa Tract recorded in Book 14, page 44
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
Countyy, California.
Sec.2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause the. same
to be published once in the Orange County
Plain Dealer, a weekly newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in said
City of,Anaheim, and thereupon it shall be in

nance was introduced at a meeting of the
Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
held on the 10th day of March, 1910, and that it
was duly passed at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 24th day of March, 1910, by

Ayeb: Trustees Rust, Gatas, Kcoeger and
Stock.

An ordinance ordering the work done of closing a portion of
Elizabeth Street and a certain alley in the City of Anaheim.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did on
the ic3 d' day of At",14, 1909, duly pass a resolution of inten-
tion No.,3 3 to close that portion of Elizabeth Street and that
certain alley in said resolution and hereinafter particularly des-
cribed; and
Whereas, the Superintendent of Streets of said City did there-
after cause to be posted and published in the manner and form and
for the time required by law notices of the passage of said resolu-
tion; and
whereas, no objections to said work or improvement has been
filed with the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, and the time for
filing said objections has long since expired; now therefore
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as fol-
lows:
Section 1. That the following street work be done, to -wit: That
Elizabeth Street in said City, excepting a strip 16 feet wide con-
necting the alley situate 157.5 feet Southerly from the Southerly
line of Center Street be closed; and that that certain alley running
from the Westerly line of West Street to the Easterly line of walnut
Street, the Southerly line of said alley being 137.15 feet Northerly
from the Northerly line of Broadway Street in said city, be closed.
Said street and alleys are shown on a map of the Villa Tract recorded
in Book 149 page 44 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
Sec. 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Orange
County Plaindealer, a weekly newspaper of general circulation pub -
lisped and circulated in said City of Anaheim, and thermpon-A
shall be in full force and effect.
