SECTION 31: Every person conducting, managing or
carrying on any public amusement room, business or
parlor, other than a theatre, show, theatrical per-
formance or other type of amusement or recreation
in this Ordinance elsewhere aescri.bed, shall pay
the following annual license:
(a) For any such public a_.usement room, bu.si-
ness or parlor, wherein no pool tables, billiard
tables and/or bowling alleys are kept or maintained
for use by the pur,lic, an annual license of Seventy-
five Dollars ($75.00).
(b) For any such public amusement room, business or
parlor, wherein pool tables, billiard tables and/or
bowling alleys are kept or maintained for use by
the public, ars annual license of Twelve Dollars 0'12.00) -
for each pool table, billiard table and/or bowling

S7CTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SPCTION 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to all of the
terms, conditions and provisions of Ordinance No. 701 and to the
penalties as provided in Section 4 of said Ordinance No. 701.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed and
published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in
the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation printed,
published and circulated in said city and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage and shall take effect and be in full
force.
